With performances on five Continents and at five Disneyland’s, as well as being a feature performer in the prestigious 2018 Tournament of Roses Parade, the Pennsbury High School Marching Band, nicknamed “The Long Orange Line” is internationally recognized as one of the premier High School Marching Bands in the United States. The band has performed at 5 Disneyland’s including; Orlando, Florida | Anaheim, California | Tokyo, Japan | Paris, France | Hong Kong, Chine as well as performed in Tianamen Square and on the Great Wall of China. In 2008, the “Long Orange Line” was the featured half-time performance at the International Rugby Tournament “Hong Kong Sevens” in Hong Kong, China. In 2010 the band performed in the New Year’s Day Parade” in London, England. In 2012, the Pennsbury Marching Band traveled for the first time south of the equator for the “1st International Festival of Military and Civilian Bands” in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In March 2016, the band traveled to Australia and participated in the Royal Easter Parade in Sydney, Australia. On Thanksgiving Day 2019, it will mark the bands 36th consecutive tear as the featured honor band for the 6ABC Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia, PA. The “Long Orange Line” is the Tournament of Bands Region III Champion in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The 2018-2019 Field Show was designed by Mr. Ed Downs and the music was arranged by Mr. Frank Masseo. The Color Guard Coordinator is Mrs. Noel Hibbs and is assisted by Miss Natalie Dayton. The percussion coordinator is Mr. Jonathan Tomaro. The Marching and Maneuvering coordinator is Mr. Mark Johnston. The Associated Director is Mr. Grant Palmer; the Co-Directors of the Pennsbury Marching Band are Miss Felicia Reilly and Mr. Frank Mazzeo. The Theme for this year’s Field Show is entitled” Scaramouche”.
