Physicals and Registering in Family ID for the fall. You will need to turn in the forms in order to get equipment at the end of July! Links for physicals and Family ID are below and on the high schools athletics page on their website. You will also need to upload the forms directly into your family ID account. If they cant be uploaded, they can be dropped off in the athletics office. Must be dated post 6/1/2019.
Then - Create Buttons for
